While every partner has different needs, Vstaff follows flexible processes in most of our solutions.

We expect each partner to ask us to act on their behalf on varied levels. Some partners want to consult with us for ideas at the beginning of a project and some have already completed the brainstorming process and just need the solution built out. What every partner has in common is the collaboration phase -- let's start there.

	Collaborate It starts with an email or a phone call. Vstaff spends time with you to make sure we understand your challenge, and to determine if we’re a good fit to solve it. Vstaff is not a yes company and if you require a solution that Vstaff is unable to provide, we will shoot straight and let you know that!
Brainstorm After collaboration, Vstaff enters a brainstorming phase where we combine the vision and requirements you want with the technical skills of our experts. We then present a verbal or written plan back to you for approval or revision. Then Vstaff will go to work on your solution.
	Develop Vstaff now starts to develop the solution. Larger solutions are broken out into parts, while some small or medium-sized solutions are developed as one project. Not to worry – you can always contact your project manager with additional requirements. And you can bet that if Vstaff realizes any issues might have been overlooked, we’ll let you know. We provide the expertise and the options and our recommendations and let you make the decisions.
Quality Assurance After we complete the development process, we’ll perform Quality Assurance. Our comprehensive QA process starts with the basics and covers every complex requirement you demand. We ensure well written, grammatically accurate content. We ensure all the pages, titles, meta tags, URLs and CSS's are correct and in accordance with standards or required SEO/SEF requirements. We check all the functionality, and let you test drive the solution to make sure it works for you.
	Launch Here comes the exciting part – we launch your solution to the entire world. This isn't a hard and fast date, it’s a time frame that varies from 24 hours to 1 week. Vstaff launches the solution and our expert’s standby to immediately resolve any unforeseen issues that arise. Your project manager and escalation list is one phone call away, 24/7.
